Wildlife Heroes

We want to recognise and celebrate how people have helped protect and conserve wildlife in Worcestershire.

Do you know someone who has dedicated an area of his or her garden to wildlife? Perhaps they have been busy building nest boxes or looking after a neglected public space and making it attractive for pollinators?  Possibly someone has been living a plastic-free lifestyle?  Maybe you know a group, business or school that has done their special bit for our county’s wildlife.

Whoever it is or whoever they are, if they have made a difference for wildlife you can nominate them for a Wildlife Heroes award.

All Wildlife Heroes will receive an invitation to a special award event at Lower Smite Farm where they will be presented with an individual certificate to recognise their contribution, a specially commissioned pin badge and they will be added to our Wildlife Heroes county map.

Follow the links at the top of the page to discover more about who our Wildlife Heroes are and what they've been doing to help wildlife.
