Reserves Guardian

An extraordinary amount of work goes into maintaining more than 75 nature reserves as ideal habitats for wildlife, encouraging biodiversity, supporting carbon sequestration and safeguarding them long into the future. As a Reserves Guardian, your donation will go directly into supporting that work, everything from the habitat creation, tools and training for our dedicated volunteers, path and hedge maintenance, species monitoring and native species planting.

Perhaps there is a specific nature reserve you have in mind. It might be close to your offices, a staff favourite or home to your favourite species of plant or animal. If this is the case, we’d love to have a chat with you and see if your guardianship can be tailored to support your favourite nature reserve. While guardianship does not confer exclusive access or usage rights, we will work with you to ensure your support is recognised in a meaningful and appropriate way. 

As a thank you, Reserves Guardians will receive: 

• A welcome pack including leaflets and information about Worcestershire Wildlife Trust, membership magazines, car sticker and impact report
• Framed personalised Reserves Guardian certificate, hand delivered by a member of Worcestershire Wildlife Trust staff
• Copies of our magazine, three times per year
• Acknowledgement, link and logo on our website
• Approved use of our logo
• Feature in our quarterly corporate e-newsletter
• Discounted membership for staff
• Exclusive guided walk around one of our nature reserves
• Annual summary of work we have carried out at our nature reserves, thanks to your support
