With support from staff at the Trust, to work with your committee to develop a diverse programme of activities that are suitable for your local area. This could be a mixture of walks and/or indoor talks. It may also involve working with other local groups to provide activities across a larger area. Each group is different and may do a combination of the above or other activities that are right for your area.

  • Be well organised
  • Able to communicate in a clear and transparent way
  • Ability to work pragmatically
  • Good team working skills

Days/times we would like you to be available

Benefits

As a volunteer, you will be able to work closely with members of the committee, all of whom have specific roles. Group members and friends are very appreciative of the activities that local groups organise and the opportunities that these present to them to enjoy and learn more about the natural world. The rewards of working with the group are significant.

We’re Wild About Inclusion

To us, this means inspiring, empowering and engaging people from all backgrounds, cultures, identities and abilities, to change the natural world for the better.  It also means cultivating inclusive workspaces that are free from discrimination, where differences are valued, everyone can be themselves and flourish, just like nature!
