Catering at Lower Smite Farm
We work with a number of local catering companies who provide a range of menus to suit your requirements.
Our caterers can supply a selection of buffet menus; organic and locally-sourced food can be supplied along with hot food if required.
All dietary requirements can be catered for. Self-service refreshments can be made available.
Buffet options
All buffets are freshly prepared using locally produced bread. Sandwich buffets offer a selection of white, granary, wholemeal and tomato bread.
Hot food is available on request. This is just a selection of what we can offer.
Food is prepared in a mixed kitchen; should you have severe allergies our caterers recommend that you bring your own food.
Breakfast sandwiches - £4.85+VAT per head
A breakfast sandwich with the choice of bacon sausage or vegetarian sausage (red and brown sauce sachets provided)
Basic buffet - £6.00+VAT per head
Sandwiches made with a wide variety of freshly baked bread, with a selection of meat, vegetarian and fish fillings. Served with Walkers crisps.
Standard buffet - £8.85+VAT per head
Sandwiches with a wide selection of fillings. Served with Walkers crisps.
Choice of two savoury options from the following list: -
Meat: sausage rolls, chicken wings, chicken drumsticks, chicken satay, spicy chicken chunks, pork pies, scotch eggs, breaded chicken chunks, quiche lorraine
Vegetarian: cheese and onion bites, onion bhajis, beetroot falafels, spring rolls, samosas, quiches, smashed pea and lemon bites, spinach bites
Executive lunch - £10.50+VAT per head
A round of sandwiches and a wrap or focaccia bite per person with a selection of meat or vegetarian fillings.
Choice of three savoury options. As above.

Poke bowls - £7.00 + VAT per head
Chicken, fish or beetroot falafel.
Rice, carrot, cucumber, pickled cabbage, sweetcorn, Hacienda beans with honey and mustard dressing or caesar dressing .
Quiche and salad box - £6.50 +VAT per head
Freshly made with coleslaw and a cherry tomato and rocket salad.
