About the event

Matthew will give a brief introduction to the world of bats and an explanation of how to use a bat detector. Matthew is Chair of Worcestershire Bat Group, a trustee of Bat Conservation Trust and has visited Wyre Forest Local Group a couple of times previously to talk about the fascinating world of bats.

Please bring a torch.

Access is good. The route is flat, over a school playing field and along a well maintained footpath by the river. It will be approximately 2km in total. Children are welcome, but MUST be accompanied by an adult

Donations with the proceeds to go to Worcestershire Bat Group. This will be collected on the night (cash). We recommend a minimum of £5 each.
