Cost
Please see our booking form for prices.
- We do not make a charge for accompanying adults (within national teacher:student ratios)
- There is a minimum payment of £100 per day that will be charged as a deposit to secure your booking
- Our education services do not attract VAT
Worcestershire Wildlife Trust will provide:
- Qualified and experienced tutors to lead all activities
- Curriculum/exam board linked programmes
- Technical and fieldwork equipment
- Handouts, worksheets and follow-up material
- Access to wildlife sites
Making a Booking
Contact our Education Officer Deborah Richardson Bull, on 01905 754919 to talk through your visit. We like to discuss what you want your students to cover.
Complete the booking form and return it by post to Deborah. You will then be invoiced for £100 deposit per day. Your booking will remain PROVISIONAL until this invoice has been paid.
Your visit is CONFIRMED once we have received the completed form and the deposit. We recommend you keep a copy.
If there are any changes to your booking or if you have any questions about the day please do not hesitate to contact us.
We will invoice for payment after the visit and you will only be charged for the number of students present on that day. Please make sure it is paid within 28 days.
The weather...
Field visits will go ahead in most conditions and students need to be suitably dressed for the activities and climate. However, should conditions be dangerous, we will contact you to arrange an alternative venue or date whenever possible.
