Rosemary Winnall
A small relic of the scrub heath woodland that once covered much of the Lickey Hills.
The acid soils of this small nature reserve support heath bedstraw, heath speedwell and milkwort.
The reserve has an abundance of invertebrates including grasshoppers and moths. Butterflies that are found here include small heath, ringlet, small copper and small skipper.
The reserve was given to the Trust by the late Christopher Cadbury in 1985.
Access is by special permit from the Trust’s office on 01905 754919.
