Long Meadow

A pasture with plants typical of lowland meadows

This permanent pasture contains many plants typical of old lowland meadows including cowslips, adder’s-tongue fern and green-winged orchids.  Marbled white butterflies breed here.

Access to this reserve is by permit only, available from the Trust’s offices.
