Harry Green
Several pieces of rough grassland and willows alongside the River Avon that contain a rich variety of wildlife.
The reserves fall within, and are important components of, the Severn and Avon Vales Living Landscape Area; one of seven priorities in Worcestershire for its Living Landscapes approach. Here, the Trust has been working as part of a broader partnership focused on the Severn and Avon Vales – the Severn and Avon Vales Wetlands Partnership, now called Wetlands West (WW).
These sites are important for reed and sedge warblers, reed buntings and most common birds.
Please note that due to the delicate nature of these sites, access is by special permit. Please contact the Trust on 01905 754919 for more information.
