There is also a pond, where we maintain surrounding vegetation.

  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team

Time/days

We have two work parties that take place between 10am-3pm - every Thursday (all year round) and the fourth Sunday of the month (between Sep-Mar only).

Benefits

Being a practical conservation volunteer gives you the chance to see Worcestershire’s special places, home to some of the county’s rarest wildlife, whilst learning about their management. The reserves are great places to observe wildlife and just being outdoors is great for your overall health and wellbeing as well as keeping you fit.

We’re Wild About Inclusion

To us, this means inspiring, empowering and engaging people from all backgrounds, cultures, identities and abilities, to change the natural world for the better.  It also means cultivating inclusive workspaces that are free from discrimination, where differences are valued, everyone can be themselves and flourish, just like nature!
