Location: Lower Smite Farm, Hindlip, Worcestershire, WR3 8SZ

Opportunity type: Work Party

Available: Tuesdays

Our volunteers at Lower Smite Farm are key to looking after the farm - there's a mix of practical conservation in the morning and the opportunity to develop your own monitoring and surveying interests in the afternoon.

Purpose of Role

At the farm we host a variety of guided walks, talks and educational experiences. We aim to demonstrate key techniques to establish a resilient farming enterprise. Taking care of soil health and providing a sanctuary for pollinators we are able to monitor practices and share knowledge with the wider farming community.
