TWT
A rich woodland, with a high number of woodland bird & plant species
Pennels Bank Wood is a great example of the rich woodlands of north Worcestershire. The woodland contains a lot of dead timber that provides habitats for invertebrates and fungi.
There is minimal disturbance and the woodland really is a true wildlife haven.
Please note that access is by permit only available from the Trust’s offices at Lower Smite Farm on 01905 754919.
