  • National Planning Policy Framework launched

    The Wildlife Trusts believe the land-use planning system is fundamental to securing nature’s recovery. The recent launch of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) means that more than a thousand pages of planning guidance has now been reduced to around 50. We were concerned that much helpful guidance on protecting and enhancing wildlife through development would be lost in the transition.
