Writing a will secures the future of those you love. Including a gift in your will to Worcestershire Wildlife Trust will help secure the future of our county’s wildlife – forever.
Writing your will is the only way to ensure that your wishes are followed for your family, friends and the causes you care about.
Your solicitor can advise you on the issues to consider for your own particular circumstances, including the beneficial effects charitable gifts can have on tax liability, or you can visit the HMRC website.

What difference have past gifts made?
Mrs Heynes.jpg)
Mrs Heynes wanted to make a difference to the countryside and wildlife she’d loved and enjoyed. Her gift enabled us to purchase Lower Smite in 2003 and to create our wildlife-friendly farm here.
Mr Green
Mr Green left a gift of £1000 which helped us buy pond dipping nets to be used by hundreds of children now and in the future to discover wildlife.
Miss Gwen Finch
Miss Finch left a gift in her will to fulfil her lifelong wish to help otters. Worcestershire Wildlife Trust used this gift to restore a wetland on the banks of the Avon, creating a quiet haven which is now used by wild otters and a host of other wildlife.
Miss Diana Palmer
Miss Palmer nurtured and loved the beautiful wildflower meadow at her home. She left a gift in her will which we used to carry out the traditional management work at our own Eades Meadow – one of England’s finest wildflower meadows.
