Meetings and Conference Organiser

Salary: £18,500 FTE pro rata for 14 hours per week

We are looking for a flexible, part time person to join our team to co-ordinate the booking of our corporate hire rooms. Our rooms are used by companies, public sector organisations and charities for meetings and conferences, and occasionally by people locally for family celebrations.

The role is based at our offices based on the Lower Smite Farm nature reserve just a few minutes from Junction 6 of the M5.

This is a part-time (14 hours per week exclusive of lunch breaks) post. The pattern of hours worked is highly variable according to bookings commitments and will include some evenings and weekends. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help co-ordinate bookings and liaise with clients, set up rooms for meetings and manage the refreshments and external catering arrangements.
